Ca 'Bell'Isola is the cadastral name of this large farmhouse of the Napoleonic era, which overlooks the Sillaro valley, with spectacular views of a piece of the Apennines between Emilia Romagna and Tuscany.
200 square meters of house with 200 square meters of loft next to it for parties or events, and 6000 square meters of garden and oak grove. The house is located in the hills south of Castel San Pietro, about 45 minutes from the eastern part of Bologna.
Bell'Isola is an isolated house, where silence reigns. The provincial road 21 Castel San Pietro - Sassoleone flows a few meters below.
