"Goienetxea" (in Basque "the house on top") is an authentic traditional house in the Larraun Valley, built in gray stone and oak wood.
It retains its original structure since its construction in 1649 and has been restored with great care and enthusiasm by its owners Juan Inazio and Arantza to get the enjoyment of its guests combining tradition and comfort.
It is located in the urban area and being in the upper part has great views of the Sierra de Aralar and the green meadows of the Larraun Valley, being able to enjoy the tranquility of life in a village.
Independent and attached to the home of the owners. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen. Kitchen with all appliances: dishwasher, toaster, hob, oven, refrigerator, washing machine ... Plentiful equipment: blender, juicer, express pot .. in addition to other details that you will discover when you come.
On the ground floor is the living - dining room and you have next to the sofas the fireplace with firewood is free, TV and DVD with movies of all tastes. Downstairs also 1 bathroom and games room for children and adults plus plenty of rackets and balls to go to the town's pediment (it is covered and free entry).
You have a pin -pon table with rackets and free Wi-Fi.
On the first floor, four rooms: three doubles with beds of 1. 05 and one with a double bed. You can place 3 extra beds (up to four beds in a room and none of them folding), a total of 11 beds. All of them have a full bathroom. There is a possibility of requesting a free cot. You will sleep and rest between white cotton sheets and you will notice the difference .

The garden exclusively for guests is next to the house and has a barbecue and two large tables with 12 chairs so you can enjoy a good lunch or dinner in the garden.

The village is small and quiet, children run around the village alone. If you come in cider season from mid-January to early May you can enjoy a good steak of beef and cider produced in Aldatz and also, being In the village you will not have to take the car.
Also in Aldatz we have a playground, and the inn "Ostatua" that opens all weekends and holidays and is very famous because it eats very well and at a great price.
We are very well connected 25 minutes from Pamplona and 40 minutes from San Sebastian by A. 15. Vitoria-Gasteiz to 1 hour by the bus A15 and Bilbao to 1 hour and a half.
