Positive: We loved how clean it was, how quiet and safe the neighborhood felt, how easy it was to find and how welcome we were made to feel! There is plenty of parking as well. Matthias was responsive to every question and concern we had and was quick to give suggestions on things to do and places to eat in and around Heidelberg. We loved it and would definitely stay here again.
Negative: There is nothing we didn’t like, my only remark is just a general remark about Europe in general. The stairways up to the apartment and narrow and steep, so if stairs are an issue for you, or if you have much heavy luggage, be aware, stairs exist here. It did NOT make any different to our personal experience and would not affect our decision to stay here again. We would stay again.
Summary: Excellent option for overnight or a lengthy stay.
