Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: Standard US hotel. No big expectations.
Negative: The check-in took 45min which was ridiculous. Since it was done remotely, the connection to India got interrupted several times. I pay way too much money and I am tired to wait an extra hour to go to sleep. Horrible
Summary: check-in procedure is a desaster
