Rockwood House is a large, detached property with views over the bay in the town of Grange-over-Sands in Cumbria. On the first floor there are six bedrooms including a super king-size double with sauna room, five king-size doubles, a bathroom, shower room. On the second floor there are two twins and a shower room, sleeping fourteen guests in total. On the ground floor is a kitchen, sitting room, cinema room, dining room, utility, study and a cloakroom. There is also a games room and a second sitting room on the second floor. To the outside is a large garden and off-road parking for four cars.
