Arranged on two floors. On the ground floor there is a cosy living room with a characteristic stone wall. From here there is access to the fully equipped eat-in kitchen with table and chairs, fridge, dishwasher, kettle and toaster. Finally, a small laundry area with washing machine and dryer. On the first floor, up characteristic stone stairs we reach the sleeping area, with two double bedrooms with TV and a bathroom with shower. Finally, a small balcony.
The flat, with Wi-Fi available throughout the house, can accommodate up to 4 people. It does not have air conditioning but fans are available.
The flat can only be reached on foot and has no private parking space. Public parking spaces are located approximately 500 metres away.ACCESSIBILITY AND PARKINGROCKS APT is located in the most historic and characteristic part of the centre of Colonno, which is why it can only be reached on foot. A bus stop is 200 metres from the flat, and a boat stop is 500 metres away. Please note that there are only 2 ferries per day passing through Colonno: one in the morning and one in the afternoon. In the nearby village of Argegno you will instead find a boat every hour.
