Positive: Waterfront property! Beautiful views of the skyline at night, and if the sky is clear enough you can see the sun rising above downtown Seattle across the water. Location was perfect as it is nearby the ferry terminal and steps away from a small park where you can go down to the beach or sit on benches.
Negative: Only 1 parking spot was made available to us although we had 2 cars in our party. Fortunately, we parked our second car just at the park overnight and that was fine!
