A gorgeous summer villa with large pool and landscaped garden located on the shores of the Thermaic gulf, overlooking the renowned Sani resort. Sit back and indulge in an environment of tranquility with unobstructed sea views and the serenity of a nearby forested area and take a few steps to walk to the emerald beach below. The villa can sleep 13 people in 5 very spacious bedrooms, of which 1 queen size en-suite , 1 queen, 1 twin en-suite, 1 twin and 1 bedroom with 3 single beds and a couch bed. All inside areas are fully air-conditioned and the villa also features a pool side bar, a bbq and fully equipped kitchen area. The property is part of a complex of luxury villas developed in Sani in the lush Kassandra peninsula. Take advantage of all the services and facilities the Sani Club and Sani Resort have to offer.
All parts of the house are accessible, including the garden. Please note small children should be supervised in the pool area.
