Welcome to RoJo's Riverside Retreat, where there are so many things for you to do! The home has two bedrooms, with a queen size bed in each. There is one bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking needs. The living room has a gas fireplace to keep you warm and cozy.
We are renting out the upper level of our house/duplex. We live in the lower unit. Each unit has private, separate entry. The patio overlooks the beautiful Huron River in Dexter. The house is located just half a block to the historic Dexter Cider Mill(seasonal). It is just a short walk (1/4 mile) to downtown Dexter for coffee, brew pubs, restaurants, and shops. The Encore Theater is wonderful venue for musical theater lovers to take in a show. The house is just 8.5 miles from the University of Michigan Stadium.
Explore the beautiful Huron River, bring your canoe, kayak, paddle board, or tube. Skips Livery is also available to provide you with a relaxing day on the river. Enjoy a bonfire, and take in the spectacular view! The Border to Border (B2B) Trail is just a short walk or bike ride away.
While you're enjoying the large patio soaking in the view and sunshine, there is a hot tub for you to melt your stress away.

Summary: We couldn’t have been more pleased with our stay! Spectacular view, every comfort provided, little touches that made us feel like special guests. Joanne was warm and welcoming and quick to answer a question or offer a helpful resource. We thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub, the gas fireplace, bird watching, and cooking in the well-stocked kitchen. The house is just a quick walk to downtown Dexter but the riverside location made it feel like we’re out in the woods. Couldn’t ask for anything more - we’ll definitely be back!
