Positive: I liked the decor, spaciousness, and cleanliness of the property. The photos do not do it justice. The amenities were very thoughtful. Vegan-friendly products were a nice touch. It was one of the cleanest rentals I've ever been to. The white noise machine helped with drowning out the street noise. Location was convenient to a lot of amenities and highway. Washer and dryer, while small, got my clothes very clean. Knives were a nice set. Sheets were of good quality and bed a nice firmness. Fantastic city and river views. Everyone in the building were very kind.
Negative: The parking situation wasn't great. The "free" street parking was only for overnight and weekends. If you parked longer than 2 hrs during the day on weekdays, you get a ticket. I ended up parking two blocks away. The street noise and train were very loud. There was a typo in the wifi username, but figured it out after finding it printed on router in closet. Communication turnaround time could be improved.
