3 Bedroom House in Aspen

River Bluff Townhomes are a secluded enclave of twelve private residences conveniently located in central Aspen. Our home boasts exceptional views of Ajax (Aspen Mountain) and the surrounding core area. An easy walk to town, or take the free shuttle bus right to the gondola in town or to the central bus depot where you can easily takes buses to any of the other 3 ski areas. This free transport comes 6 times per hour - and the bus stop is only yards away from our front entrance. Food markets, Post Office and quaint dining are minutes away by foot. South facing patio with barbecue offers warmth and sunshine all afternoon. There are 3 levels, with open living concept on main floor which includes a gourmet kitchen (Sub-Zero, Viking, Bosch) washer and dryer, dining and living area with gas fireplace, and TV. On the first floor is a king bedroom with full bath, walk in closet and wall mounted TV. Up stairs, on the 2nd floor is the master suite with full bath, gas fireplace, wall mounted air conditioner, walk in closet, TV. The large picture window frames unobstructed views of Aspen Mountain and town. Also on this floor is the 3rd bedroom with a queen size bed, full bath, ample closets and wall mounted TV. At the property entrance, there is a large ski closet. All units enjoy a separate a garage, ours has room for 1 car. The walkways throughout the complex are heated which makes it easy to get around in the winter.
