Located on the second floor, without lift, of a building about 10 minutes walk from the Firenze Rifredi station, the apartment is located in the Dalmatia district, an area well served and connected. Thanks to the tramway you can reach the center in 15 minutes.
It is possible to park in the surrounding streets (for a fee) or at the garages in Viale Corsica (for a fee).

-COOKING CORNER: 4-burner hob, fridge, oven, microwave, kettle and moka.

The loft is located in the Dalmatia district and about 10 minutes on foot from the Firenze Rifredi station where it is possible to find trains connecting to Santa Maria Novella, from where it is possible to easily reach on foot, or thanks to public transport, all the main points of interest in the city.
The area is well served and well connected to the center by public transport: the T1 tram stop is a 3-minute walk away. 3 which leads directly to Santa Maria Novella (in 15 minutes). A strategic position for those who want to visit the beauties of Florence while staying away from the chaos of the historic center.
With the tram T1. 3, or in 15 minutes on foot, it is also possible to easily reach the Careggi Hospital.
The Dalmatia area is full of typical trattorias and restaurants where you can fully enjoy the renowned Florentine gastronomy! In Piazza Dalmazia, in the morning from 8:00 to 13:00, there is also a characteristic local market that offers fresh and typical products (every day except Sunday).
-From Florence Amerigo Vespucci Airport it is possible to reach the apartment thanks to the DD / R03 lines, with exchange at the stop "Via Baracca Fr. 70" and then take the line 55 from the adjacent stop "Demidoff". The final destination for line 55 will be the "Morgagni Cocchi" stop, a 4-minute walk from the property.
-From the Santa Maria Novella station you can reach the apartment thanks to the T1 line. 3 of public transport, with the "Vittorio Emanuele II" stop, a 2-minute walk from the property.
From the Rifredi station you can reach the apartment with public transport lines 2/28 (Piazza Dalmazia stop) or, alternatively, on foot in about 10 minutes.
