Full amenities, including wireless internet, cable, AC, laundry room, 65" flat screen tv in family room, and all the kitchen appliances you need to enjoy an amazing family meal. Large patio has easy access to the pool, hot tubs, BBQs, private beach, launch ramp and boat slips. Don't worry about waiting in line to launch your boat or seadoo because the launch ramp is private.
This condo complex is in gated community, secured with cameras and gate code.

Summary: Having access to the riverside from the patio was a huge difference, we’ve stayed many times at this complex in several upper units but never in a lower unit, it made our stay easier to go and come from the island, pool and bbq area with all our belongings. This unit was nice and clean and had everything we needed during our time there, the only thing I would recommend would be to provide a few more bath towels for showering, we had to wash the ones provided over and over to have a clean towel, not a big deal but a few more would’ve been nice to have!! We look forward to our next years trip back to the river and we would definitely stay here again!!!
