2 story 3bed 2bath with central AC, lovely furnishings, brand new mattresses, a private rear patio, and 1 car garage parking.
Comfortably sleeps 5 adults with option for children:
- 2 adults in upstairs room
- 2 adults in downstairs room
- 1 adult on sofa (84 inches)
- 3rd bedroom nursery with crib and fold out bed for big kids.
Families traveling with small children are welcome to use the nursery, we just ask you leave it as you found it. Adult groups traveling without children do not need to access this room. This room is NOT available during Coachella Festival.
Pool Access and 1 car garage parking available all year except in April.
Coachella Festival rentals in April: NO POOL ACCESS, NO GARAGE ACCESS.
