A luxury townhome located in the upscale gated resort of The Fountains at Champions Gate. The premium accommodation is spread across two floors with its own private courtyard overlooking a lake. A short walk down the street is the resort clubhouse and first-rate amenities.
The spacious downstairs living area is open plan and includes an elegant living room, bright dining area and high-end kitchen. You will have everything you need to cater for your family, plenty of cooking space plus stainless steel appliances. Across the stone countertops, there is a breakfast bar for quick bites. Or enjoy a family meal at the dining table, overlooking the outdoor courtyard which faces south and enjoys the Florida sunshine throughout the day. The living room has two sofas, perfect for relaxing and watching the large screen TV. There is a half-bath also downstairs.
The master suite has a kingsize bed, large wardrobe, and ensuite with double sinks and bathtub. There is a sophisticated queen room, and a further twin room, which share a bathroom. All bedrooms have TVs.
The Fountains at Champions Gate resort is a small peaceful gated community, although features large premium amenities - a key card is left in the home for your arrival. Enjoy the walk-in swimming pool, jet spa, and fitness center. Disney is only 12 miles away and Universal 25 miles. There is a Publix supermarket 2 minutes drive and a wide range of shops and restaurant options nearby.
