Residenza Maratea is an independent house with direct access to the sea, located in the seaside resort of Marina di Maratea, in Basilicata. It boasts a private fenced courtyard, equipped with a dining table and barbecue, ideal for preparing tasty grills with friends.
You will also find an outdoor shower and 2 electric bikes, which can be used free of charge by guests to reach the free beach or the nearby important and luxury bathing establishments.
As for parking, you can park your car just outside the property.
Internal Description
Residenza Maratea is set on a single level (the ground floor), and is divided into 2 comfortable apartments, each with an independent entrance and not connected internally. The whole house can accommodate up to 8 people, has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Internet Wi is included. All bedrooms and living rooms are equipped with air conditioning. All windows are provided with mosquito nets. 1 baby cot and 1 high chair are available on request. Pets are allowed on request.
Each apartment consists of: 2 double bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, and a bright open-space living area with double windows, double sofa bed, tv, dining table for 6 people, and kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with: stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee machine, and oven.
