Summary: When first arriving at the hotel the first thing I noticed is the parking deck looks close to the hotel but you have to walk around the block to get to it & you have to pay for parking. Only limited to going in & out of the parking deck. Now my check in was at 4, but I got there really early & spoke with someone called Carla I believe & she was telling me how it was going to take a moment cause of the cleaning process which I totally understand but if your going to tell the customer I’m going to confirm your room now & as soon as a rooms ready I will call you right away & that wasn’t the case at all.
