Positive: Location, breakfast, kitchenette, and price. Booking a couple weeks pays.
Negative: Pullout couch/sofa sleeper. It’s non functional. The mattress is too thin and the steel frame has your back sore in the morning. Even trying to sleep on just the couch the cushions are just too hard. Might just as well be sleeping on the floor. Bathroom tub had some mold around the overflow drain and there were some dark spots on the wall and door of the bathroom.
Summary: Minor issues but I’d stay again.
