Positive: Spacious villa, nice long pool, large barbecue.
Negative: I was let into the villa, unaccompanied, with a code. Normally I don't have any problem with that but before I got the code I had to pay the 500 euro guarantee or else you won't get a code. I did not like that. This should have been done earlier. After a long trip you really want to rest. Once inside I had to look for the garage key, entrance key, etc etc myself. Air conditioning did not work in the living room (despite notification). Communication with the owner/rental agent was good but I had to pick up and figure everything out myself. Agent promised to clean the pool but unfortunately did not keep her promise. Kitchen is complete, interior needs replacement especially the uncomfortable beds and wooden doors. Garage entrance is very narrow. Lots of toys but more than half are broken. Ants everywhere unfortunately which is annoying.
Summary: Unfortunately, the villa is not maintained well enough
