This property is on the 348-acre Wilson Lake and provides easy access to all four multi-recreational lakes on the Phillips Chain. Boating, swimming, fishing, and snowmobiling are right out the front door where you are only steps to a sandy shoreline. Fish include Musky, Panfish, Largemouth Bass, Northern Pike and Walleye. There are two nearby public boat landings and we provide your own personal dock for small boats. The property sits on the ATV route for easy access.
Amenities throughout this 1200-sqft home include cathedral ceilings, gas fireplace, washer/dryer, oven, microwave and full-size refrigerator. The master bedroom has a king bed and private ½ bath.
