Renovated Barn sleeps 6 maximum. open planned kitchen and living room. Electric radiators in all rooms. Log burner in living room for the winter nights. 3 seater leather sofa and leather arm chair.

TV 40” with English Freeview box and French tnt sat, internet ( speed is not reliable as we are )

Kitchen: 4 seat glass dining table, built in 4 hob, fitted oven and grill. Kettle, coffee machine and fridge. Pots and pans.
Ground floor master bedroom with king size bed and en-suite(with shower), fitted wardrobe and Chester drawers.
Upstairs you have a mezzanine area with a double bed and Chester drawers.
Next to mezzanine is a double bedroom with 2 Single beds and clothes rail. which sleeps 2 and a separate bathroom with shower.
Above ground pool 5.6m x 3.5m with decking in front of gite. The pool and Jacuzzi are for you sole use.
Hot tub and BBQ with fridge outside in the grotto. You have your own entrance driveway as we have another on other side of property.
Swimming pool open 1st June - 1st October
Bed linens are all included and I provide towels for pool use if needed at no extra cost.
I also provide 2 tea towels and a new dish sponge along with 4 rolls of fresh toilet paper and washing up liquid.
Winter Rates include logs & bed linen.
Dogs are welcome as long as they are friendly with other dogs I charge £5 per night for each dog.
We live in attached house next door, but when guests are staying you are allowed roam the grounds. We will be there for any problems or questions you may have but not intervene with your holiday.
700 metres away is a beautiful lake of 3.5 hectares surrounded by woods with walking trail. Fishing is permitted.

Cuisine : Table à manger en verre 4 places, 4 plaques de cuisson encastrées, four et grill intégrés. Bouilloire, machine à café et réfrigérateur. Pots et casseroles.
Chambre principale au rez-de-chaussée avec un grand lit et une salle de bains avec doyce. Armoire équipée.
A l'étage, vous avez une mezzanine avec un lit double.
A côté de la mezzanine se trouve une chambre double avec 2 lits simples et une barre à linge. qui peut accueillir 2 personnes et une salle de bain Acevedo’s douche séparée.
Piscine hors sol de 5,6m x 3,5m avec terrasse devant le gîte. barbecue avec réfrigérateur à l'extérieur dans la grotte. Vous avez votre propre entrée car nous en avons une autre de l'autre côté de la propriété.

Les draps de lit sont fournis et je fournis des serviettes supplémentaires pour la piscine si nécessaire, sans frais supplémentaires, ainsi que 2 torchons et une nouvelle éponge à vaisselle, 2 rouleaux de papier toilette et du liquide vaisselle.
les prix d'hiver comprennent le chauffage et les bûches, le jacuzzi, les draps et les lits sont habillés et faits pour vous à votre arrivée.
Les chiens sont les bienvenus à condition qu'ils soient amicaux avec d'autres chiens. Je facture 5€ par nuit pour chaque chien.
Nous ne fournissons pas de berceau ou de lit de voyage pour le moment.
Nous vivons dans une maison attenante à côté, mais lorsque les invités sont en séjour, vous êtes autorisés à vous promener sur le terrain. Nous serons là pour tout problème ou question que vous pourriez avoir mais nous n'interviendrons pas dans vos vacances.
