Wonderfully maintained, clean, up-north cottage with 2 bdrms, sleeper sofa, 1 1/2 baths, washer and dryer, large deck, propane grill, outdoor hot tub and fire-pit. The detached garage provides a heated bunk room that can sleep 2. Also included is a paddle boat and all fishing equipment needed. Very close to the swimming and boating lakes Avalon, Long Lake and Ess Lake, ORV and snowmobile trails. Adjacent to thousands of acres of state land for hunting and hiking.

Summary: The place was idyllic and peaceful -- just what we were looking for in a quiet holiday family retreat. There was plenty of kitchenware, towels, and linens for us for a few days. Hot tub was excellent and wifi was quick. It snowed about 4-6" over the first day we were there, and our car had trouble cresting the hilly gravel driveway with all the snow. But that's just our car, which doesn't have 4-wheel drive. Would love to see the space in the summer months!
