Welcome to "The Island House" in beautiful Clearwater Beach. Recently Renovated with new cabinets, countertops and appliances. We are proud to offer this house for great family living. Its fully furnished from spices to blow dryers. The Island Estate House is a canal front, screened pool and spa home with a dock. We require a 4 week stay. Grand Master suite with King bed, another Bedroom with a King, then a queen and two twins for the remaining 4th bedrooms. Lots of TV"s including an outside pool TV. Tile floor in the large comfortable family/dining area. Private Cul-de-sac street minutes from Publix and restaurants Island Way Grill, SushiTu and Windward Grille all within Island Estates. If you don't want to drive, Clearwater provides the Jolly Trolley Bus Service for a quick ride to the Famous White Sand Beaches and Sand Key www.clearwaterjolleytrolley.com. Regarding length of stay please communicate with the owner. The house is rent ready with all the goodies including, W/D, fully equipped kitchen, gas grill, bedding, towels blow dryers, etc. You are sitting on the widest part of the canal and will have beautiful views all the time. We have tried to make it a place you will find comfortable and tastefully decorated.

Summary: One floor layout of the house was perfect for our 4 generation (ages 6 to 90) family gathering in this amazing house. Awesome pool, hot tub and outdoor tv for viewing March madness games. Fishing and dolphin watching (in the canal outside the pool) provided plenty of activities for the whole family. Two bikes were used almost daily in this bike-friendly island. We had quick access to the beach, grocery store and trolley stop. Host Bob was very responsive making for a smooth check in and check out.
