If you are looking to get away from it all and enjoy a relaxing vacation with family and friends. This is the perfect place for you. This home is located in a small beach town away from the hustle and bustle.
This is a 4 Bedroom, 3 1/2 bath spacious home which sleeps 8.
It is located just steps away from one of the most beautiful surfing and swimming beaches in Costa Rica.
The home is fully equipped with everything you need to make your stay comfortable. It has air conditioning in each bedroom. Ceiling fans in the rest of the home. The master bath has a jacuzzi bath tub that is very relaxing. It has a large kitchen with all stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher.
It has a private swimming pool with a fully landscaped garden along with a covered picnic area by the pool.
It is a 3 story home that has 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 bath on the 1st floor, kitchen, dining and living room area. The second floor has a large Master bedroom with full bath, as well as a balcony coming off the bedroom that looks out to the ocean and joins an open area that is great for doing yoga ( 2 yoga mats provided ). The third floor is a lookout, as well as a barbecue area. It has a large dining table, a gas bbq and a gorgeous view of Playa Negra. You can watch the surfer's and enjoy the sunset from here.

Summary: We had a really nice stay. The house was perfect for our family of six. We enjoyed the proximity to the Plays Negra surf break, which is just a short walk up the sandy beach. The house was very clean and well outfitted for making all of our meals. The new BBQ on the third floor deck made for some great sunset dinners. Judy made our stay very easy. She was available if we ever needed her - we just never had any issues and didn’t need to call during our whole stay. We absolutely will come back!
