This two story property features many upgrades and recent total unit renovations such as new, floors, appliances, washer dryer, stone countertops, garbage disposal and more. It offers a large second floor balcony for sunning, and a semi-private gardened patio for relaxing and grilling. Tastefully furnished in a natural motif. Two bedrooms (with ceiling fans) and each with its own bathroom, one with a king-size bed and one with two twins that can be pushed together to make a second king. Half bath downstairs.
