Positive: Great location - short walk to the beach past the beautiful lake, quiet neighborhood. Fenced yard was great for the pups. Home was welcoming and comfortable - had everything we needed for a great weekend.
Negative: Need new shower heads/water pressure addressed. Otherwise, they've thought of everything to make it a great spot.
Summary: Perfect place for a cozy, quiet beach weekend or week stay - close to EVERYTHING you'd want to do.
