Positive: The location was great, however, lots of noise coming from the road! The property does suit for family, if everything works.
Negative: - We found instructions to find the keys were very confusing. - The cleaners were still there when we checked in. They've just vacuumed the floor, and didn't wipe at all. It was pretty dirty, looking at our socks and feet. - The host wasn't picking up the phone and was slow with responses. Our concerns were not addressed efficiently. - The dishwasher didn't work, and they didn't tell us what actions they took to fix it. This was very disappointing. - The lift in the building didn't work for 4 days. We had to carry 3 suitcases of 20kg to 5th floor. Our backs are sore after such a break. - When we asked for a bit discount for all this inconvenience, our request has been declined.
Summary: Was an average stay, we didn't enjoy it because of so many issues we had, and no one seemed care.
