Positive: Excellent location. Private and quiet but not far from town. Water access and sunset views were incredible.
Negative: The master shower does not drain well. The floor holds a half inch of water during and after use. Someone moved the outside trash can several times a day. Each time we left or arrived back at the house, the trash can had to be moved to get into the driveway.
