Welcome to the GATEWAY to the "GREAT SMOKY MOUNTAIN NATIONAL PARK"
This may be the best location in all of Downtown Gatlinburg! Our condo is a luxurious, professionally decorated Gatlinburg condo located on the Parkway in Downtown Gatlinburg with beautiful mountain views. Park your car in our private lot, forget it and walk all of Downtown Gatlinburg and visit the may unique shops and restaurants. Go for a swim in our heated pool or relax in the Jacuzzi (both are seasonal (End of May to Mid Sept).
As soon as you enter our condo, you will be greeted with a full size kitchen with beautiful granite counter tops, cherry cabinets, full size refrigerator, stove, dishwasher and all appliances including cookware and dining ware. For our coffee lovers, there is a 12-cup Mr. Coffee maker and a Keurig K-cup coffee maker.
The living room offers an inviting area to relax. Microfiber couches accented with a gas stone fireplace offers a cozy atmosphere. There is a 50" Smart HDTV mounted on the fireplace for your enjoyment. The living room has it's own private balcony where you can relax after a long day and enjoy the awesome views of the mountains.
The master bedroom has a king size bed with a 40" HDTV. This master suite offers a full bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub along with a separate over-sized walk in shower. There is a separate private balcony where you can enjoy the mountain views and the night lights from the city.
The second bedroom has plenty of room with (2) queen size beds and a 32" HDTV for your continued comfort.
There is also a full size main bathroom so everyone can get ready at once. No waiting to use the bathroom.
Our condo also has a washer and dryer in the unit so no need to over pack or go to the laundry mat. An iron and ironing board are also included.
Digital Cable and WiFi are included.
Walking distance to all that Downtown Gatlinburg has to offer. Dining, entertainment, unique shops and so much more. Take a walk to the area park where you can enjoy the beautiful views and a mountain stream.
Dining within walking distance includes: Calhoun's, Cherokee Grill, Smoky Mountain Brewery, Bennett's BBQ, The Peddler,Texas Roadhouse, The Best Italian and the Pancake House just to name a few. We recommend Crockett's Breakfast Camp and the Pancake Pantry for a unique experience in enjoying breakfast.
This is a smoke / vape free unit. Pets are not allowed at this location. Maximum (6) Guests. No visitors allowed. Violation of any of House Rules may result in eviction with no refund.
