***UPDATE*** Check out our recently renovated 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo at Summit Manor in beautiful downtown Gatlinburg! A few of our enhancements include new LVP flooring and freshly painted walls throughout condo, new mattresses and bedding, new drapes and new decor.
Beautiful mountain views, yet close to it all! Conveniently located on the Parkway (near the Convention Center). You are within walking distance to a variety of restaurants and shops. Our spacious condo is located on the 3rd floor and comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests.
Upon entry, you will access the full size kitchen with beautiful granite counter tops and cherry cabinets. All appliances and cookware are provided for your use. There is a dining room table with seating for six as well as a bar area with four bar stools.
The living room has a full size leather sofa and matching love seat with a 55" flat screen TV and gas fireplace. Enjoy the beautiful mountain views from the balcony just off the living room area with outdoor seating (four chairs and small table).
The master bedroom has a king size bed with 55" flat screen TV. The en suite master bath has a jacuzzi tub with walk-in tiled shower and double sink vanity. Another beautiful mountain view from balcony (with seating for two) off of master bedroom can be enjoyed morning, day or night.
The second bedroom has two (2) full size beds with a 37" flat screen TV. The second bathroom has a tub/shower combo.
For your convenience, this condo also has a washer and dryer, along with an iron and ironing board.
Take a swim in the heated pool or kick back in the Jacuzzi (both seasonal May to September).
For your convenience, an elevator just behind pool area will take you to street level.
Cable TV and High Speed Internet also provided.

Summary: Nice to park in the open with our large vehicle and not struggle through a parking garage. The hill is difficult for walking, although there is access to a street level elevator (which was out of order a few times during our stay). We found the beds to be clean and comfortable.
