Positive: The apartment was very clean and beautiful as shown in the pictures. Resources were well-provided. There was even an umbrella! Very useful for rainy days. The instructions guide was also clear and easy to understand. Location is wonderful as it's only a few minutes walk to the nearest Kinshicho station (JR and subway). There are many eateries and shopping places in the vicinity (Termina, PARCO, 0101, Donki...). Convenience stores are plenty too. The host is very friendly and helpful. Checking on us from Day 1 to check-out to make sure things are ok. Also very responsive to our enquiries. I highly recommend this host and place!
Negative: Nothing in particular. A note to those with large or heavy luggage: there's no elevator here so please be prepared to climb those spiral stairs which can be a bit narrow for some people.
Summary: Highly recommended!
