Hillside Views and Gentle Ocean Breezes greet you as enter your private retreat. LA VISTA is located just 3 miles from the beach. Bicycle and jogging paths lead to Salt Creek Beach, and a quick turn south put you on the doorstep of the Ritz-Carlton and the St. Regis. Just a bit further south and you’ll find Dana Point Harbor with shopping, restaurants, beaches, sailing, and entertainment. LA VISTA is also just a quick 20 minute drive into Aliso Viejo or Irvine making LA VISTA is the ideal location for a short term work stay or family vacation spot!
SUITABILITY: Non-Smoking home. Must have an adult(s) 25 or older staying at the house during the term of the stay. This rental is located on the 2nd floor of a 2 story building. There are two flights of stairs, no elevator.
LA VISTA’S Clubhouse is outfitted with a professionally equipped workout room. LA VISTA is also within walking distance to The Laguna Niguel Racquet Club where you can enjoy playing tennis all year around. Summary: Photos and write-up accurately describe this condo. Unit is located on 2 nd floor. Stairs from parking area lead to first floor units and a 2nd stairway leads to the condo. Unit is air conditioned, has cathedral style ceiling which creates a spacious feeling. Unit is nicely furnished. Kitchen is updated . A one car garage is available. For gym enthusiasts, there is a top notch YMCA gym less than a mile away. Management firm was very responsive .
