Only 15 minutes to asheville, this is the place to stay. Come visit our charming 1,400 sq ft log cabin nestled on over an acre of land with a trail nestled down to a peaceful stream. This three bedroom, two bath gem ( and sofa bed in living room)has over 800 sq ft of porches in front and back to enjoy the winter mountain views as you watch for deer, turkey,and other wildlife. This rustic cabin sleeps eight adults, a living room with a 50" flat screen smart TV that opens into the dining room and kitchen. It also has high speed wifi and a kitchen with all the amenities. You and your guests can enjoy all the ambience of the woods, without the long drive to get to the city. The quaint little town of Black Mountain is only a short five minute drive away. It has cute little coffee shops, shopping and restaurants. A grocery store and Starbucks are nearby also. You are a short 15 minute drive to all the art, music, and unique breweries in the downtown Asheville area. Don't forget to visit the The Biltmore House, state farmers market, or folk art center on your way up the blue ridge parkway. This location is ideal for families of all ages or a couples getaway. This location is just down the street from the Montreat College athletic field and the veterans recreation park with golf frisbee and walking trails
