Travel Purpose: business
Positive: Great location, easy to commute and very well connected with public transport. Excellent and courteous staff. Food was good at their restaurant and has variety for Veg and Non-Veg. There is another exclusive Vegetarian eat out within their premises.
Negative: Seven year old Property. Need focus on maintenance - particularly on water taps and shower. Pest control has to be done regularly. I did find some unwanted pests.
