Positive: Staff was kind and attempted to help. Few of the main things didn't work or didn't work well. Cable didn't work, so didn't have tv for the night. Mini fridge; showed it worked.. however, nothing stayed cold. They offered to move us rooms however, we had been there 4 hours or longer. We had the cake out, food out(veggie tray & chips), and her gifts. He wanted to remind me of no parties per their policy. This was NOT a party. It was simply some family who where registered in that room (four people). Anyways, breakfast was extremely limited but enough to at least eat something. Not sure how soon we will return
