Summary: Wonderful cozy place. It is next to the railway which gets a decent amount of traffic, but it's easy to tune out plus they offered earplugs for sleeping if needed. Host was very nice and addressed any questions quickly and efficiently. Definitely recommend if looking for a local spot near downtown.
