Summary: After a shaky start at check in and a mix up with our reservation our stay was great. Reception staff very helpful. Close to gondola with access to various slopes. Room was fine with well equipped kitchen etc. water a little cold in the spa swimming pool but overall would definitely recommend this hotel.
