A very comfortable apartment in a quite area, even if the centre of the village, called Vallecchia, is just 3 minutes’ walk. In just few minutes’ drive you also reach the centre of the renowed city of Art Pietrasanta, as the beach is 6 km. far away. Reserved parking for one car, private garden with grill, pizza wooden oven and sun chairs. Terrace equipped with table and chairs for dinners “al fresco” with sea view. The apartment itself is approx. 120 sm. In ten steps you reach from the terrace and from the garden the living room and the kitchen which are open plan, furnished with table and chairs for up to 8- people, a comfortable sofa in front of digital TV and a classic Tuscan kitchen with a 4 ring stove and fridge freezer. A dishwasher is the only missing item Two double bedrooms, one of which with balcony and sea view, and a complete bathroom with shower nearby on the corridor.
