The house’s antique original structure was added onto with a Great Room featuring large windows, a wood stove and a windowed loft for guest sleeping accessed via a pull-down staircase. The original living room features a stone fireplace under a vaulted ceiling. Up the stairs you will find a spacious landing which is perfect for a workspace, meditation area, or whatever you would like it to be. There is one enclosed bedroom upstairs and 3 other spaces that are easily utilized as additional bedrooms. Plenty of storage space of deep closets and large cabinets.
Outside, you will discover a unique landscape with 2 gorgeous magnolia trees, a stone patio, and a separate Artist’s Studio.
At the time of pictures, the home is finishing up the process of some light re-decorating and additional furnishings are available.
