Best location in Puerto Aventuras. From the private parking lot you enter the hallway with a beautiful of the beach and ocean. One floor up via elevator or stairs you pass by clean old mexican tiled floors and walls. Once you open the hand carved door you will appreciate the wonderful open view of the living room with a 3 door glass doorwall to the large balcony. There you find two custom made bamboo lounge chairs and a high table with bar stools to enjoy the view. Master bedroom with private bathroom and private balcony to watch the sun rise and sun set. Open the doorwall to allow cool breezes and the sound of waves put you to sleep at night. Guest room with new amenities to include lot of closet place and adjoining bathroom.
Custom furniture throughout with the best materials. Two bar stools at the kitchen counter and matching dinning table with chairs for 6 people. Kitchen contains new cooking top, convection oven, and microwave. Marble counter tops with all the accessories including a blender for smoothies and margaritas. All cooking utenciles and plates, water glasses, wine glasses, etc. Recently purchased smart TV that offers Netflix in the living room. Wifi is included and well as a security safe to guard you valuables. Lisset is available to anwer questions about the condo and general help. Drinking water is available from the service desk. Groceries can be purchase across the main gate at Chedraiu Market. There is an open vegtable market by the gazebo on main street on Sat and Wed. You may travel to other attractions in the area like Akumal (15 min away), Xel Ha ( 30 min south), Xcaret (15 min north), and Tulum (30 min south).

Summary: When I decided that I wanted to take my family on vacation to Mexico, the very first thought that came over me was safety. Will my family be safe? Believe me when I tell you -- this property is unbelievable. I wish that I could reserve this property for you because I truly believe that it is one of the best VRBO properties that I could have ever chosen. It was our home. The people that we met were so kind and so welcoming. We went to an Easter egg hunt at the community's school with tons of locals from all over the world. My children play high level club soccer and they ended up playing an international soccer game with local children, no shoes allowed! It was a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity. We explored up and down the 307 and we always felt safe, secure, and joyful. Book this condo. BOOK THIS CONDO. You will be so happy that you did. A little slice of Heaven. We can't wait to be back. I wish that we would have stayed longer. Thank you Gil & Nancy.
