Un séjour dans le Bugey, pour le travail, pour les vacances…pour s’évader un peu, changer d’air, se ressourcer…à la campagne, secteur calme et retiré.
Notre gite est situé à la limite de l’Ain, de l’Isère et de la Savoie, à Glandieu sur la commune de Brégnier Cordon. Accolé à la Viarhôna, vélo route qui relie le lac Léman à la Méditerranée, accès direct à la piste, voisin de notre propriété.
Classé meublé de tourisme 3 étoiles, 45m2 idéal pour 2 personnes. Il est de plain pied, non mitoyen, avec une entrée indépendante, sans vis-à-vis à proximité de la maison des propriétaires.
Location longue durée ou semaine, en gestion libre. Pas de location de groupe ou de famille bruyante dans ce gite, nous souhaitons maintenir le calme des lieux.
Il se compose d’une pièce principale salon, espace repas et cuisine ouverte, d’une chambre et d’une salle de bain :
Le salon est équipé de deux fauteuils, d’un canapé et d’un téléviseur.
L’espace repas, d’une table ronde avec 4 chaises face à la cuisine ouverte avec équipement complet : réfrigérateur, lave-linge, lave-vaisselle, micro-ondes, plaque de cuisson gaz ainsi que tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner.
Une grande armoire murale faisant office de penderie et rangements divers avec fer à repasser et aspirateur.
La chambre avec 2 lits jumeaux, une commode, table et lampe de chevet.
La salle de bain équipée d’un WC, lavabo, douche à l’italienne et un sèche serviette.
Connexion Wifi gratuite, charges climatisation et chauffage en option, vous gérez votre consommation. Chauffage aérothermie très économique.
A l’extérieur, sur l’avant du gite, une terrasse dallée couverte, équipée de table et chaises. Un espace pelouse privatif devant avec fauteuils de jardin, transats, barbecue. Le parking privatif à côté du gîte.
