The property is located in the hilly hinterland of Senigallia with a view
on Arcevia and the foothills of the Apennines and is calm and idyllic
located.
The apartment is on the ground floor and has a beautiful plant
Terrace. It has a large living room, a bedroom with a double bed
and a kitchen and a bathroom with shower.
The next village is Castiglioni (2 km), where there is a bar and a "tabacchi"
gives. The best way to go shopping is to Serra de'Conti (6km).
