This two-bedroom, one bath home has breathtaking views of the main channel on Lake Catherine. Relax on multiple decks with grand views. All decks equipped with patio furniture and table. Swing on the dock surrounded by tranquil waters or relax in the hot tub overlooking the picturesque lake under the stars. This property has swimming, fishing and boating. There is easy access to enjoy the calm waters of Lake Catherine so bring your boat. We have a large, covered dock with a 10 x 24 boat slip attached swim dock and ladder. Abundant lake shoreline on 1.9 acres provides you with a peaceful sanctuary of flower gardens and lake.
One bedroom has a King Size Bed, the other a Queen Size Bed. Both have wall mounted flat screen TVs, ceiling fans and USB charging stations. The living room is furnished with comfortable seating and a large 55" wall mount flat screen TV. All TVs are equipped with Roku, Hulu, 70 channels of live TV including all major networks and ESPN channels plus a movie library. The home is equipped with high speed WIFI Internet.
There is a formal dining room plus a breakfast table and chairs in the kitchen.
Kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel refrigerator/ water and ice dispenser, microwave, stove /double oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster and blender and is fully stocked with dishes, cook wear and utensils. We have an outdoor, charcoal grill on the patio so you can cook while enjoying the view of the lake. The property has a gated entry with circular drive and covered parking. You can come for a vacation and never leave this property!
