Summary: This is a very nice apartment, well appointed and had everything I needed. It was clean, and quiet. Unfortunately, the photos in the listing are a bit misleading, and the pictures of the ocean were not taken from the property at all, but from the beach 1/4 mile away. This property is not ocean front. There is a neighborhood and about 80 steps required to reach the area of the beach. In addition, although the apartment was clean, there was a bad ant and cockroach infestation. I know this is the subtropics, but there was no evidence of bait stations, leading me to believe that the hosts have done no mitigation at all.Besides those 2 caveats, the apartment is very nice.
