Paradise Found includes plank vinyl flooring, carpeted bedrooms, gas cooktop stove, and in-unit washer/dryer. Great Room includes comfortable leather La-Z-Boy couch and loveseat, glass coffee table, lamps, and 50 inch Roku Smart TV. Kitchen is well equipped with all appliances including Keurig coffee maker, dishes, pots, pans, bowls, utensils, and two bar stools at the island for extra seating. Primary Bedroom features queen-size plush pillow top bed and en suite with ample counter space, linen closet and walk-in shower with grab bar. Guest Bedrooms offer queen-size bed, two lamps, large dresser and small laptop desk (stored in closet). Guest bathroom utilizes a full-size tub and shower with grab bar.
Laundry Room, located immediately adjacent to garage entry, features a GE washer and dryer. Summary: I arrived days before Milton hit. This house is rock solid. Never any need to evacuate from this location. I used this home as a base from which to search for a permanent home. I did not use what The Villages had to offer. I would have golfed, but the courses were closed until my last few days. There are very good walking options that sre safe from traffic. Kelly the host was very responsive to any questions. If needed i would cetainly rent this home again.
