Negative: Two of the burners on the electric stove are wonky, not sitting flat, learned how to cook around it. There was not a measuring cup for liquids, just dry products. I prefer to use exact measurements, not guessing. Went to use the hot tub and the outside light did not work. made do with the flashlight feature of a phone. checked it the next day and it was a burnt lightbulb. Found a spare under the sink and replaced it. Yes, these are first world problems but thinking they should have been on the pre inspection check list. Not a deal breaker, just needs to be addressed.
Summary: Party of eight happy folks, lots of fun and memories.
