There is one queen-size bed. In the living room, You can relax and watch TV on a comfy couch and a reclined sofa that can sleep 1 or 2 peopel. Fresh linens and pillows, as well as bath towels, are provided. Beach chairs and an umbrella are also provided.
The kitchen is fully equipped. It has a stove and oven, fridge, microwave, pots, and pans. The unit also has a dishwasher.
You can either relax at the indoor or outdoor table.
We provide TV (Netflix included, no cable), and fast WiFi.
There are two large closets with hangers for storage, ideal for long-term stays. An ironing board and iron are also provided.

-If the garage pad or car pass either goes missing or broken there will be a 50$ fee to replace it for the next guest.
-The bedroom ceiling ventilator has been disconnected (due to different clients' requests), the AC and extra portable ventilator however are fully functional.

-laundry with washer and dryer are located on the garage floor as well as the trashcan in case is needed
-The sofa bed can accommodate 2 people but it's considered as a small double bed
