From the spacious entrance hall you walk into a lovely beamed dual aspect open plan living room bedecked with eye-catching eclectic artworks on the walls; a very social space with a smart blue/grey country-style kitchen to one end and the cosy sitting area, with a sink-into sofa and armchairs all set around a wood burning stove, at the other. In between sits a cottage style wooden dining table and chairs with colourful cushions for extra comfort. From here the kitchen seamlessly links to a handy utility area furnished with a double sink and additional kitchen equipment. Upstairs are three lovely bedrooms; a king-size, double and single room, all presented with understated sophistication and sharing the use of a family bathroom with both bath and shower options. Outside, to the front of the house is a seating area that enjoys views across the surrounding fields; the perfect place for sharing a bottle of local wine as the sun goes down or listening to the birds chatter as they welcome the day, and you enjoy a cup of coffee while contemplating the day ahead
