This small villa complex is part of a cluster of a number of villas which will be built on land touching the sea and at an elevation providing wonderful views of the open Aegean and Eastern Cyclades.
Small enough to require little upkeep yet large enough to cater to the needs of a six person family, the villas are a wonderful escape from the hustle and bustle of Athens reached in 30 minutes from Kea's port.
