Positive: Gorgeous views, the sun rises up from the sea, absolutely beautiful and the big window showing the sea, is the best thing of the apartment. The location is great, tram station in the back of the building, that can take you straight to airport or city center or port easily. Bus station in front of the building. Supermarket in the back of the building. The building is also very clean inside and nice. The feeling of leaving the building for a walk and seeing the see in front is also priceless.
Negative: When I arrived, I had to go to another location to pick the keys, and only after that, I was able to enter the apartment. With luggage and tired after plane trip is very uncomfortable. Checkout was at 10.00 in the morning. I have never seen anything like this in my life. I wanted to pay extra to extend but I was told is not possible. I had to take my luggage to a nannybag, again very uncomfortable. Also there is a sign to clean dishes and take the garbage out before leaving…I always leave the place clean behind, but imagine you are in hurry to leave at a ridiculous hour, and you have to think to go to basement first to drop the garbage and then you can leave
